Plant Breaks Monthly Production Record

TEHRAN (NIPNA) -- Farabi Petrochemical Plant reached the highest production level in its 44-year history with a production of 2,526 tons of PAF in the month of Farvardin (the first month in the Iranian calendar which began on March 21).

Mahmoud Fakhraei, the CEO of Farabi Petrochemical Plant, said that in the calendar year of 1399, Farabi Petrochemical Plant succeeded in producing 25,553 tons of PAF and DOP products, which shows a threefold increase compared to the same period last year.

Farabi Petrochemical Company is one of the subsidiaries of Shasta Oil and Gas and Petrochemical Holding (TAPPICO) and is one of the oldest producers of naphthalic anhydride (PAF) in the country.
