Iran Eager to Boost Petchem Exports to Serbia, Says NPC CEO

TEHRAN (NIPNA) - On the third day of the 17th IranPlast Exhibition, Morteza Shahmirzaei, CEO of the National Petrochemical Company (NPC), held a meeting with Deputy Economic of the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Blazovic, and Serbia's Ambassador to Iran, Dragan Todorovic, where he expressed Iran's keenness to expand direct exports of petrochemical products to Serbia.

"Given the numerous development projects underway in Iran's petrochemical industry, we extend a warm invitation to investors from Serbia to actively participate," Shahmirzaei declared.

The Serbian delegation, led by Blazovic, reciprocated the sentiment by affirming their readiness for enhanced collaboration, acknowledging the remarkable progress achieved in Iran's petrochemical sector.

The 17th International IranPlast Exhibition, inaugurated with a steadfast commitment to nurturing the value chain, boosting domestic production, and energizing national construction initiatives, is scheduled to run for four informative days.

This commitment to collaboration between Iran and Serbia underscores the growing potential for economic synergy between the two nations in the petrochemical sector, aligning with Iran's broader efforts to expand its global trade reach.
