In a meeting held on June 8, Morteza Shahmirzaei emphasized the need
for the Excellence Award to adopt modern methods for evaluating criteria and
processes to increase its impact on companies' productivity and quality. The
session marked the first gathering of the secretariat for the 11th edition of
the Petrochemical Industry Excellence Award.
"The Excellence Award should significantly involve petrochemical
projects in its evaluation processes," Shahmirzaei stated.
"Incorporating these projects and assessing them against various criteria
will help achieve development goals and complete the value chain."
Highlighting the award's role in improving employee quality and
productivity, Shahmirzaei underscored the importance of comprehensive training
and empowerment for evaluators and administrators. "Active participation
in this award can elevate managerial competencies and enhance employee
productivity and quality," he added.
