NPC, Ministry of Cooperatives Sign Housing Agreement

TEHRAN, June 10 (NIPNA) - The National Petrochemical Company (NPC) and the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour, and Social Welfare signed a cooperation agreement on Monday to establish housing cooperatives under the "Housing Leap" initiative.

According to Nipna, the agreement was signed in a ceremony attended by Morteza Shahmirzaei, Deputy Petroleum Minister and CEO of the National Petrochemical Company, and Hamed Veys Karimi, Deputy for Cooperative Affairs of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour, and Social Welfare. The event took place on Monday, June 10.

The "Housing Leap" initiative aims to address the housing needs of NPC employees. As part of the 13th government's efforts, approximately 400,000 housing units are being developed nationwide, prioritizing workers, employees, retirees, and pensioners.
