In a statement reported by the Bushehr Petrochemical Complex's public
relations, Ebadi emphasized the potential of experienced human resources and
the generational transition that has taken place. The management team from
Phase One, who have several years of experience in operating the units, will
now lead the startup of Phase Two. Meanwhile, younger staff who have gained
sufficient experience managing Phase One will take over production
responsibilities there.
Ebadi outlined the necessary planning for the startup of Phase Two,
stating that pre-commissioning activities will commence with the involvement of
130 production specialists. Efforts to secure utilities for the new phase are
also underway.
"We have engaged experts from Phase One to ensure that Phase Two
enters production as quickly as possible," he added.
Expressing gratitude to all colleagues involved in project management,
Ebadi noted that successfully navigating the various challenges of Phase Two
projects requires a committed and diligent approach. He emphasized that the
current hopeful status is the result of trust in dedicated and revolutionary
youth.
He concluded by highlighting the increased importance of these
operations, where construction and commissioning activities are occurring
simultaneously in some units. He expressed confidence that regular meetings and
real-time monitoring will lead to desired outcomes.
Phase Two of the Bushehr Petrochemical Company aims to enhance the
ethane value chain, following the extraction of ethane from sweet and sour gas
at the gas processing plant in Phase One. The olefins, ethylene glycol, and
utilities units have reached the pre-commissioning stage.
