The event highlighted the importance of ethical conduct and efficiency

Morteza Shahmirzaei, NPC CEO, emphasized the company's regulatory and
leadership role in the sector, underscoring the value of human capital.
He called on employees to harness all available resources to enhance
their knowledge and productivity, noting that these qualities are essential for
the industry's long-term success.
Shahmirzaei stressed the importance of adhering to regulations and
guidelines in prioritizing the development of the petrochemical industry. He
also highlighted the need to complete the value chain and localize critical
industry needs, such as catalysts and equipment. Furthermore, he urged the
integration of indigenous technical knowledge across various sectors of the industry,
with support from knowledge-based companies.
At the ceremony, outstanding employees were honored, alongside
exemplary managers from the NPC. Among those recognized were Bijan Chegni,
Director of Production Control; Abbas Gholami, Director of Downstream
Petrochemical Industries Development; and Fatemeh Nateghi, Head of Legal
Affairs at NPC.
