The agreement, valued at 486 billion IRR and 2.3 million EUR, was
signed today (Wednesday, January 23) during the President’s visit to Khuzestan
Province and his meeting with economic stakeholders. It was inked by Seyed Reza
Ghasemi-Shahri, CEO of Shahid Tondgouyan Petrochemical Company, and Mohammad
Reza Motiri, CEO of the Petrochemical Special Economic Zone.
Aligned with the goals of expanding the petrochemical industry and
boosting efficiency, this agreement marks another step toward supporting
knowledge-based companies and national production.
The implementation of this project is expected to save the country 2
million EUR annually in foreign currency expenditures.
